I had a great prenatal massage with Simone! I felt confident that she was familiar with the specifics of pregnant massage, including areas to avoid. At the same time, Simone didn't shy away from giving me a therapeutic massage, the way some other providers did during my pregnancy. I felt both more relaxed and less pained after my massage. Simone was good about asking for feedback and following my cues on everything from warmth to conversation. I had scheduled a second massage with her as a reward for making it to the final days of my pregnancy; having to cancel it was one of the only downsides of going into labor early!

Simone is an excellent teacher of massage technique. She catered our lesson to both my level of experience (beginner) as well as what I was looking to gain from the lesson. She provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions and answered every question that I had. I’ve regularly put into practice the techniques she showed me to excellent results. Highly recommend!
