Meticulous, thorough and friendly! I went in for a curly cut for my wavy/curly hair, and Jennifer provided the best hair cut I've ever had. I had let her know that I was looking for more volume and to clean up the ends to make my scraggly hair more healthy. However, I didn't want to sacrifice too much length since I'm getting married in a few months. Jennifer listened to every request and delivered beautifully! She was very careful not to take more length than I was comfortable with, and detailed all of my options at every step of the cut. What can I say, I got an education in my own hair! My cut left my curls revived and bouncy. I'm still practicing my product "noodling" and making my curls work for me, which isn't easy for me because hairstyling is hard for me, but it's getting better. I have an ally and that's a huge boost.
