Our blinds fit perfectly from the colour to how they hang. Our consultant Lindsey was very knowledgeable. He helped find the perfect blinds to match each window style. Our window frames are not perfectly straight, but Lindsey managed to find the best measurements so our blinds move up and down with ease. Ian, who installed our blinds was extremely professional and installed our blinds in a very short time without any fuss. I highly recommend Budget Blinds for their product quality and professional service.

Over all a great experience. Lyndsay was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know and the guys doing the install were very nice and were very quick and explained what I needed to know as well. Would definitely use Budget Blinds again.

My husband and I just got Norman Window Coverings (black-out blinds) for our new house from Budget Blinds. We had the pleasure of working with Lindsey as the consultant, who was so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He came to our house to meet with me for an initial consult and then agreed to come back for a second consult when my husband had more questions. After we placed our order with Lindsey, Ian came to install the blinds. Ian was awesome too - very professional, fast, and friendly. Ian and Lindsey were also great with our elderly, very whiny dog during their visits! I highly recommend working with them. Plus, the blinds are exactly what we were looking for and so easy to use.

Extremely happy with our experience and purchase from Budget Blinds. Alanna’s home visit to measure and give me a quote was informative and she didn’t rush when answering all my questions. Abe’s expert installation was fast and he took the time to explain everything and even pointed out a flaw in the installation (due to the window frame not the blind) and how he could fix it if I preferred. Very personable guy. My only complaint would be that there was no follow-up after I placed and fully paid for my order. I was told to expect install between 4-6 weeks and after not hearing from them at the end of six weeks, I had to call in. From the phone conversation, I felt like I had been forgotten and was given some excuse that my blinds had been delayed - all the more reason for them to give a quick call. Then I had to wait to be put in rotation for installation. To me it is different when you give a deposit and pay once the work is done but paying fully, upfront, seems to leave no incentive for the company to be in any hurry to get your job done or even make a quick call to give a status update.

I don’t usually write reviews but this company is beyond deserving. We got blinds for our new build in 2018, and prices were very reasonable. We have large windows and the quality has surpassed what we expected. There is a bit of sagging but we expected it and opted to go with a longer blind. Budget blinds has come out to repair twice and the response time was prompt and the repair persons were kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. 100% recommend budget blinds to anybody else for quality. Cost, and warranty.
