I had my first experience with this spa on Sunday and I must say I was impressed. All around great customer service from the initial phone booking to the in-person experience. Yumi has succeeded my expectations with her caring nature and thoroughness with explaining each step of the IPL treatment. After my first session, which was at a mind-blowing low price, I booked in for three more! I will continue receiving my IPL from this spa \u0026 would highly recommend it to anyone who asks.

I booked through groupon and had a lovely experience with yumi. They were prompt and accommodating through email. Its hard to get through on the phone but they call back right away if you leave a voicemail. I had a mix up with the address as they recently relocated and they were very understanding. Yumi was kind and respectful, i felt she had a lot of compassion and listened to my concerns. I asked for firm and it was great pressure for the massage and the facial was so relaxing i was nodding off to sleep! I feel like yumi went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. 2023 Jan updated reviewSelfology Spa is still my go-to facial & spa treatment place since their opening. The new location- super easy parking, very clean & quiet. I'm a regular client. They use good products, and my face feels & looks great after treatment (very important). All spa therapists are nice and owners are honest and good people. Looking at some recent negative reviews, people should realize that respect goes both ways, ie, if you treat others nice, and you'll receive same. No one likes rude customers.
