Austin is a piercer at Hopeless Ink and he is AWESOME!! He's so helpful, kind and always explains what he's doing. He's done several piercings for me and I've always been very happy.
I wanted to get a second piercing in my ears for my Birthday and this place came highly recommended by word of mouth. I was a little nervous but the staff was so warm and friendly. Rachel greeted me with a smile and explained the process in depth and allowed me to pick out a wonderful shirt for my birthday experience. Workstation was very clean, she took time to find just the right spot and even changed the silver titanium to gold for me to give the studs a nicer look. Such a pleasant experience and my ears are on there way to healing nicely! Thank you! I will be back again!
Gotten pierced by Austin twice now, my ears and my septum, and both times have been awesome. Really takes the time to explain every step of the process and great at answering any questions. Really goes out of his way to make sure you're happy with the end result. Can't imagine going to anyone else.
