Called on a Sunday evening from the B.C. interior to ask how to get replacement insurance docs for a boat trailer I'm selling. The originals I'd mistakenly left in the lower mainland. The individual I reached was amazing and spent the time to get me the docs I needed through email. I would highly recommend this company for their excellent and capable customer service.
