Check in was not great- Petty Officer Graciane was not friendly or polite. She definitely did not want to be there or care about helping people. And she messed up my information on check in which Resulted in me having to wait over an hour in the pharmacy after my appt. My appointment with Dr. Mendez was AMAZING. She was welcoming, happy, nice, friendly, and all smiles. She was attentive and caring. I would recommend 12/10 foe seeing her!!! She made the visit worth it. I’ve always been able to get an appointment within the next week, not having to wait for extended periods of time to be seen. Every doctor I have seen over the past 5 years has been amazing and attentive to my concerns. I’ve gotten referrals and medications prescribed quickly when needed.

Sara Quan is not my regular doctor and for that, I am very sorry. She's very nice and very helpful. So if your PCS were she at seek her out for your family doctor you know family well be taken care of her being doctor smart like smarties candy because she has a sweet heart too.Socks
