Staff is very friendly and great to work with. Diana is a gem who goes above and beyond in her services and makes you feel comfortable and part of the Love Skin community.

I went to this place for a consultation. They did this alleged skin analysis test. Their test was so insulting, I am not sure how they have so many good reviews or customers. Basically, they rated me as older than I actually look, told me my skin was awful, and I'm just an old lady. Proof that the test is inaccurate is the fact that they said I have wrinkles in my eyes, lips, and cheeks???!!!! Totally false! I have a smooth face with minor laxity and some fine lines on my forehead. Many people who see me in person have said that I look in my late thirties to early forties. I guess they get people thinking they look really old and trick them into purchasing their super expensive treatments. In my case, the aesthetician I consulted recommended Tribella, which is $1,000 a pop and according to her, I needed three treatments. I'm assuming she has done that treatment and possibly more to herself. But no offense, she looked her age. By the way, she said we were the same age. But if we were to put each other side by side, she would look like my older sister. All in all, I don't appreciate the lies about my skin and the major put down. The upselling was ridiculous. That's not encouraging to clients. And, at least in my case, that would never keep me ad a client. I will not go back ever.

This was the absolute best experience!! Not only were the treatments effective immediately, but they really took the time to understand my skin and problem areas and address them individually! Her take home products are also life changing, will be coming for many years to come

Love this spa! Have been coming here for years for facials and more recently IPLs—Diana is the best! So knowledgeable and talented. Their in-house skincare line is delicious and all natural too.

I have had skin damage and dark spots on my face for years that I've never been able to get rid of! Diana came up with a treatment plan and after one IPL and Tixel treatment, my skin has never looked better! I am makeup free and so proud of how my skin looks!

Love this place, Michelle is amazing and I'm hooked on their products! I've used variety of different products in the past, but never had such healthy looking skin before even after using said products for few month! Pomegranate enzyme face wash, clove serum and aloe moisturizer is in my daily routine now.

I went in for my first time for a facial, I've gotten them done many times before in the past.. I felt pressured by the owner by selling me on other things I didn't want or need when I only schedule for a basic facial. During my facial I could hear the owner loudly speaking to others in the front. Made me uncomfortable when I'm trying to have a relaxing facial and I hear this person being rude to the other women that were in the front and non stop talking about her personal life. When it was time to check out the women that helped me in the front kept getting interrupted by the other women as she kept trying to push other treatments on me. It made me feel extremely insecure about my skin since I was not aware I had issues the way she was telling me I did. I found it extremely unprofessional that the owner of the business treated me that way and the way she was speaking to her employees was disgusting. The facial was great but I will never go back. The only thing good about that place were the front office ladies, super polite and caring.
