Love this place. Warm and welcoming. Kyle is amazing. Very professional and addresses your concerns. He has magical thumbs!! I booked a relaxation massage and that's what I got. I have issues with my lower back and hip. He really knows what he's doing and he was so helpful! Highly recommend.

Every service I have ever had has more than exceeded expectations. The staff is so wonderful. The establishment is welcoming, friendly, and clean. There are so many options to choose from. I would highly recommend Sonoran Serenity Spa!

I purchased one of their December gift certificates and when I called to book I asked if they saw it on my account and they did and I booked a body scrub and a dermaplaning facial for my birthday morning. This was my first time at the new location which is nice. I spoke to them 3 times prior to my appointment in addition to filling out all of the paperwork. The check in person was nice, he double checked my account to make sure all my forms were filled out and he confirmed I had a gift certificate for one of the services. When I checked out the person said my gift certificate was expired and they were sorry they hadn't caught it (all 4 times). So after a bit they offered to honor the amount paid (not the service) and I would pay the difference which I did. I had the body scrub it was fine, not great, but the technician was very sweet and nice, the scrub itself was fine she did the top/back of legs, arms and stomach/back. I probably wouldn't book this service again. The dermaplaning is my favorite facial, I love the entire process and the frozen globes on the face and how amazing my face looks \\u0026 feels afterwards. Unfortunately, this one felt a little rushed and once I got home and washed my face I noticed my skin was not smooth, there were so many patches of hair still on my face :( - I immediately called the spa back to let them know and the front desk person placed me on a hold and then put the tech on the phone. She asked me to come back, and I could not as I just had enough time to get ready for my birthday plans. She didn't apologize or offer any solutions besides just razor it off myself. She did say I could come in the next day and talk to the front desk and see if someone could help me but that she would not be there and they were completely booked. I asked for a refund or appointment to get this fixed. This was April 20 and to this day I have not received a call back or appointment or apology. Although this is a \\\"first world problems\\\" complaint - it's not the experience I wanted on my birthday and the lack of follow up/care isn't either. I'll keep looking for a new spa. (the pictures are mostly high cheek, around the eye area, both sides and the side jaw area with all the fuzz still there...)

got a 1 1/2 message on everything other than what i came in for. needed low back, glute and hamstrings plus chest and connective tissue to arms. did nor do glute, hamstrings and chest and very little low back. $190 dolJars later an i was more stressed and angry when i left.

I walked in, they got me right in. I was nervous because I don't normally get right in. The Swedish massage was good and thorough and she went the entire 60 + minutes -- no feet work so add that on if you are expecting that. I really don't have any complaints. She was very good. Her English skills were not great (not terrible) but if something isn't right you have to really speak up and redirect. Having said all that, I would definitely go back.

I had the best massage of my life here and I keep going back. It doesn't even compare to the "big box" massage places like massage envy. This is a boutique massage experience and they've thought of every detail. A few favorite parts --I always see Davina. She is incredibly intuitive and always listens to my asks/wants. I also like that she just lets me rest during the massage with little conversation during. -the massage bed was heated and felt like being wrapped up in the warmest, most comforting blanket. -she has a light on the ceiling that makes you feel like you're laying under the stars. -the front desk staff is kind and never pushy with packages or purchases.

What an amazing experience we had here! I just had a massage with Holly and I feel FANTASTIC. She is small but mighty, and her work is outstanding. She is so knowledgeable and really knows how to work out the knots and stiffness. She creates such a safe and positive space. I felt so comfortable and relaxed with her. She took the time after my massage to go over some stretches with me and gave me some very helpful tips. She has such good energy. We were late, and Tony (at check-in) was so kind, and still made sure to honor our full hour massage. He also called the day before to confirm our appointments and has such a nice and gentle way about him. My friend had a massage and facial with Sarah and said it was A-MAZ-ING!! She can't stop talking about her experience. She is energized and her face is glowing. This is my new place. The lighting and attention to detail is incredible. I am looking forward to going back soon. Thanks for creating such a beautiful space!!

I found this spa thru spa finder. My friend gave me a gift card for my birthday and I am so happy that I chose Sonoran Serenity Spa! The overall experience was nice and relaxing, the spa is cute with lots of purple! I had a facial and massage with Kat, she was great and I feel amazing! My skin feels so soft and hydrated, I love it! Highly recommend checking out this place:)

I love this spa so much! I recently moved to Vermont and came to AZ for a visit- I made sure to make an appointment for a facial and massage.Kat and Davina are so great but, you cannot go wrong with anyone at the spa- they are all great.The spa is warm and relaxing - you will not be disappointed!
