Sharp Electric provided excellent customer service and fulfilled my electrical repairs in an efficient and professional manner. They were good at communicating the status of my repairs as well as their findings. The work they performed involved installing additional electric outlets in my bathrooms, upgrading my electrical panel, adding interior and exterior GFI outlets, and repairing the wiring to a patio light fixture. My over head light need to be centered and it is because Hector took time to make sure it was. Hector was an amazing electrician all around. We will definitely be having him come around again as we get settled in.I felt like the work we had him do was not easy, as there was a lot of moving parts and things that needed to be done. To my surprise, Hector made short work of it, and was thorough on both the pre and post walkthroughs of the work with us. The new outlets were well done and looked clean and proper, and he gave us great explanations of what was done and future items to consider. Hector was fantastic, very professional, and polite. I originally needed some troubleshooting, the gfci and the doorbell replaced. I then wanted several outlets/switch replaced after seeing his completed work. He communicated really well. His work was excellent and prices reasonable. Hector first came out to restore lost power, which he did quickly and with clear explanations. We then scheduled an upgrade for all switches, outlets and the breaker box, which were likely from the 70s.Working with Hector was easy and efficient and he did a great job. Communication was great and there were no surprises. (I should add that another electrician had come out a year earlier and told me that this upgrade would cost much more, involve the city of Tempe and drywall repairs, and that my home was at risk of catching on fire.
