Jerry of Plumbing Express explained things to my understanding, he is kind, profession and my dogs liked him too. Very reasonable price too, it was going to be one thing but the leak was deeper than we thought, he explained it to me and was able to fix it for only $30 more than the original quote and he did a lot of work to get my faucet working properly and looking nice and neat with no leaks. Plumbing Express provided great service repairing/installing a new secondary line for my kitchen sink. I live in an old home and the sink was backed up. To say it drained slow was an understatement. It wasn’t draining at all. They came in and got the job done and I never thought I would say it, but I am so happy that I can wash my dishes! The front lawn was a little soft. Suspected a leaking water pipe from the meter going to the house. I gave Plumbing Express a call and they dug up the lawn to expose a leaking corroded galvanized pipe. Called several plumbing companies for quotes since it was going to be an expensive job to repair. Some companies were not equipped for the job since the piping went under the concrete front patio (need a concrete saw and jackhammer). Others gave me a lowball offer without asking many questions. Others wanted way too much.They finished the job in a day after getting the area blue-staked. They tried not to damage any plants. Replaced the concrete they removed. They took any trash generated with them including excess dirt. Very happy with the job. They were very knowledgeable about the latest techniques in plumbing.

Very nice. Came out to camera view the pipes under the house and went beyond, into backyard all the way to the city line. Knowledgeable- knew exactly what pipe I had in various places. Told me I do NOT need repair. That I COULD use a Hydro spray, but it was not necessary. Honest. Appreciate this company & will use them again.
