**Edit Below** Have been using them for quarterly pest control for a couple of years. Things were like clockwork, but suddenly they are 100% unresponsive. No response to emails, no call backs, no one answers the phone. Sounds like they have gone out of business??? They were good while it lasted.**Edit** Spoke to the owner and he explained his office staff situation. It’s tough and he has a plan for getting things back on track. Great guy and I scheduled my pest service going forward.
Been a long time customer but with anything as time goes on the communication and scheduling became more of an issue. It was time to move on but have no regrets doing business with them.Services: Ant extermination
I have had Briphen the last 4 years until I switched last year to another company. They had horrible service so I came back to Briphen. The service has been great so far so I'm staying here.Services: Spider extermination
