I encountered a wear and tear issue that I could address myself but was having difficulty getting through to customer service due to large call volumes. After a frustrating hold that lasted 36 mins only to end with a please leave a message and we will get back to you, I decided to call sales. Tyler answered the phone and was beyond helpful. He expedited my needed items to overnight delivery. He listened to my needs with patience and grace and answered all my questions.
