I have never been more frustrated with a company. The Camelback location was closed and workers were given only a weeks notice. No communication was made with subscription members that their credits would not transfer to other locations. The workers the final week were so overstressed the last week they were unable to help with canceling accounts. I've now been told I have to be active for another 3 months at the other location to be able to access my account credits to clear them before canceling. I can see why this company flopped and has closed down if this is how bad they were run.

this location is closed. I was just text messaged by my usual nail lady after trying for a week to unsuccessfully book an appt online and by phone (always went to voicemail and the VM box was always full). ive had a membership for several years and received no email or phone communication about the closing.

This was easily the worst pedicure I’ve ever had, and I’ve been getting them for 10 years now.My feet are still in terrible condition aside from the quality of the gel that was used.They took like 2.3 hours on a basic one color gel removal/gel application.My gel was from another salon, so I do give them that, but when she put the foil/acetone on to soak the gel off, she disappeared for like 15/20 minutes leaving me sitting there in the chair waiting. I literally had to cancel all of my plans because this took so long and the quality was absolutely terrible.I recommend going literally anywhere else in town even if you have to wait a bit longer for an appointment.
