I have been in the home rental business for over 30 years and I wish I would have been referred to Jim and his team 29 years ago. They are awesome! The record keeping, attention to all repairs and getting great renters is phenomenal! Anyone in Phoenix area needs to contact Jim!

The Opulent Real Estate Group have been managing two properties of mine for about 8 years now. I cannot say enough about their service and support! I live in CA and have not visited either of my properties in those 8 years. There has been no need to. They have been nothing short of excellent! If you are looking for a Property Managment Company you must give them a call!

Positive experience. Their pricing was a huge reason why we initially chose them - no ridiculous smart home package, tenant care package, etc. Just up front pricing with the typical app fees and what not. We only had one maintenance request and they handled it within like a day and didn't charge us or anything. Would definitely recommend them.
