Set up an appointment with Ambient Edge through Home Depot who was running a special for HVAC system inspection and tune-up. A few days later the technician, Michael VonLaurus, showed up for our appointment, was on time, very professional, friendly & knowledgable. He performed the inspection, took notes and photos, discussed with me some necessary repairs needed to keep my system running tip top & was also able to make the necessary repairs during this appointment, which was great. Overall, I am pleased with everything and will use Ambient Edge if there are any future needs and will also request Michael. Thank you!
Richard Harris arrived early for our appointment, which was great with us! He was very courteous and did an awesome job explaining what the problem was as well as the options to fix our problem! We would recommend Ambient Edge to anyone with an AC or plumbing problem. 5 stars for sure.
I had my ducts cleaned and my ac unit cleaned as well. My air was not cool enough. My technician was Mario and he was great. Very understanding as I moved my pets around during the process. Mario was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10 customer service at all times.
