Alexis gave me a really nice cut today. She listened to me and then figured out what I wanted. Frankly, I didn't know what I wanted, except that it had to get rid of length and it had to look fair to good with me doing as little as possible. And she did it. I love the cut and it's very easy to maintain.
Jillian really takes the time to listen to what you want and she even sits down with you for 5 minutes to talk about it. I have had times where I'm coming in for an appointment and she's running to get food and asks me if I want anything. She really cares about her customers and will do anything she can to make sure you're happy with your hair. Love her!
Jillian is an amazing colorist and stylist who takes her time, explains the process, and does fantastic work. My previous stylist had "mistakenly" dyed my medium brown hair dark brown/black and I was very unhappy with it. I turned to Yelp to find another colorist who could fix my hair and luckily I found Jillian. I explained what happened over the phone and she gave me details about how to fix it and she helped manage my expectations. During the appointment she explained everything and took her time.
