I have worked at Ridge Zeller for about two months as an SLPA and now as a SLP-CF. My mentors and supervisors have been extremely helpful and available for any questions I have had. All of the staff at RZT is extremely friendly and collaborates often about how to best serve clients. Overall, I have had a very positive experience at RZT!

If you are looking for educated, talented, and compassionate Speech and/or OT therapists this is the place for you! I have worked with RZT for 2 years and it has been a very rewarding experience. Not only do I work with a great staff, but our dedicated and determined clients (youth to adult) are amazing! I have seen the progress our clients have achieved and it melts my heart. I've worked at RZT for the last 6 years as a speech-language pathlogist (SLP). I have never worked with a more compassionate and collaborative employer. JoAnn and Meghan truly care about their employees and clients and this is reflective of the company's culture. Our clients receive excellent services by highly skilled clinicians who are compassionate and aware of external factors impacting the lives of the client and their families. We continue improving our areas of expertise through the RZT continuing education and mentorship programs.In addition to offering a continuing education stipend for full-time employees, RZT provides summer courses presented by staff on topics requested by other staff members. This summer we had presentations on a variety of topics such as dyslexia assessment and intervention, trauma-informed clinical decision making, considerations for English Language Learners, strategies for working with older students with articulation impairments, and paperwork compliance (just to name a few...). Further mentorship from seasoned clinicians is always available upon request.As the coordinator for our Clinical Fellowship program, I know firsthand how the mentorship and support provided at RZT goes far above and beyond the minimum supervision requirements of the state and national licensing boards. The importance RZT places in supporting employees is second to none.
