Kustom Kreations was absolutely wonderful. They listened to my idea and made it a reality. I can"t express how they went above and beyond to make sure my vision was created. The owner and staff was very personal and knowledgeable of what i wanted. The family the loved the arrangements we sent.
Kim waa extremly nice and understood what I and my co- Workers desired. I will surely be referring Kim to other friends and family members in the Selma area. Kim and her mother are both wonderful and personal. The customer service was exceptional!
We ordered a plant to be delivered to Ashley's JH Williams, which was handling funeralizing of a dear family member, because we would not be able to attend the services. Ms. Kim was very patient and kind in taking my order and helping me decide even though she had closed the shop and was about to leave to attend to another customer's event. She promised to deliver the
plant the next morning. Somehow the plant got misdirected and did not make our funeral. There were several conversations with both Ms. Kim and personnel at the funeral home trying to determine what had gone wrong. The funeral home was courteous but not helpful.
