Southern Cross has been great and they genuinely show concern and care for your loved one! Always dependable, loving and professional! I dint know what I would have done without them! Absolutely the best!!!!
I recently used Southern Cross to help care for my elderly friend who had no family to help her. From the very first, Daphne, Chastity, and all the caregivers went over and above what I expected from them. They are loving, caring, and willing to work with whatever situation came up. My friend felt safe and was able to live out her final days in peace, surrounded by sweet people who had her best interests at heart. Southern Cross was a blessing sent from God just when we needed it.
Recently, my brother who is on the autism spectrum and non-verbal, was hospitalized. I am the only person in our family that is physically able to stay with him in the hospital, but I am also a business owner. Southern Cross provided the support I needed to go home, get some sleep, and keep my business running. They provided detailed notes of the days' events, including who came into the room and what care was provided by hospital staff. They were fabulous!!! You can tell they really care about what they do. I highly recommend them.
