Sound immersion with Sunny.My partner provided us with a sound immersion session for my birthday with Sunny. This was my first experience, and I had no idea what to expect. To begin, when we arrived, Sunny had created a beautiful, cozy, and peaceful atmosphere with everything provided. She started the session getting to know us to allow her creation of a personal experience. Sunny is a warm, kind, and gentle soul creating a safe and comfortable atmosphere for the session. Sunny’s thoughtfulness and attention to the finer details of this women’s wellness retreat created a sense of peace, comfort, and harmony immediately upon my arrival. Our time together included a beautiful balance of playful activities such as art and water balloons, introspective exercises, delicious meals, sound meditation, and free time to rest and enjoy the lake. My inner child felt safe and free to fully and wildly express in in Sunny’s nurturing presence. I would 100% recommend signing up for a retreat with Pura Vida Healing Arts! Summer Solstice Retreat 2023Sunny lead the most beautiful retreat this weekend. I found her through google and I am so glad I did I. I’m very thankful that I had the opportunity to attend. We spent weekend in a beautiful home on Wedowee lake. Everything was perfect and well thought out. During the retreat we had sessions to discover ourselves and plenty room for play. It was wonderful meeting the group and connecting with other like minded women.Sunny is a special teacher and healer. She truly has a gift. If you find an opening for a retreat, sound bath, or anything. You need to go. You won’t be disappointed.
