Janie Day is one of the very best massage therapists I've ever been to. I use massage therapy more to help recuperate from an injury than general relaxation or even pampering. Janie rehabilitated my strained hamstring and helped my husband recover from torn labrum shoulder surgery. Janie allows a payment schedule such that you can schedule 15-20 minutes per day for a focused massage rather than requiring an entire session. In that way, I was able to afford to go more often to effectively help my injury. Go to Janie, she's great!
DayDreams Therapeutic Massage is a must for me. I have a set appointment every two weeks. Janie Day, the owner and massage therapist, is professional and provides a relaxing, safe environment. She educates her clients on how to take care of themselves better and about different muscles and massage techniques. She continually seeks to educate herself further in her field so she can stay up to date on therapeutic practices. I highly recommend Janie Day and DayDreams Therapeutic massage.
