Service tech was friendly, courteous, respectful of property and professional. Our tech was very thorough and explained in detail all checks he performed. We have always had good experience with Perfect Service and their employees.

Parker Vaughn serviced my AC. He was so very polite, knowledgeable when I asked questions. He even attempted to fix my outside faucet that the handle had broken off! He took it upon himself to speak to AC Mgr to clarify a question until I understood what was happening with my service agreement. Thanks Parker! ✝️

Patrick called and stated what time he would be at my home, and was there 5 minutes early. Professional dressed for the job. Explained everything he was going to do 1st. He also explained the extra work needed before he started. Did everything in a very reasonable amount of time.
