She is a Master Stylist with lots of experience trained in NY and Paris. Prices are very good (too cheap in my opinion) and treats every customer like gold. She downsized from owning large salons too a small one. Doesn't push any products like other salons but has them if you want to buy good quality hair products.

Noel has been cutting my hair for years .She is extremely flexible with appointments and has come in when she was not working just to do my hair. She also has an elderly clientele base which she goes to their homes to do their hair. I have quirky straight, curly, thin/ thick hair and she's got my cut down pat. Her shop is no frills, but her cuts are on point.
