They said they had a showroom so my husband and I went to "just look" without an appointment. From the moment we walked in everyone was very welcoming starting with the receptionist, Lynda. She pretty quickly provided us a list of remodels they had done in our area Aaron, the designer, was in so we met with him and then made an appointment for him to come and look at our kitchen, and it took off from there. I am overwhelmed with how beautiful my kitchen looks. The entire remodeling process was on schedule. Aaron's suggestions for the design of cabinet doors, new drawers, hardware and countertop were invaluable. Dave Brown did a remarkable job of installing every cabinet door and trim perfectly. The countertop, also, was installed so perfectly, that I didn't know where the seam was. i highly recommend this company! they just finished the update of my 1987 kitchen and guest bath in January of 2023 and did a fabulous job! from my initial experience with my design consultant, Kevin, to the project manager Dave Peterson, to the primary day to day craftsmen Travis it was a truly positive experience. they stayed on time and on budget and Travis cleaned up daily, which i really appreciated as a homeowner. everyone at the company was responsive when i called with questions and got back to me promptly. i did not need/want whole new kitchen cabinets and they did a beautiful job of new cabinet doors and pulls, and replaced small side by side drawers with one big drawer, which i really love, and i LOVE my new soft drawer closings and LED lighting. I didn't know what to expect but they did all new moldings also so i have the look of a brand new kitchen! Project manager Dave Peterson made a few suggestions that i hadn't thought of and really liked. they really don't do "wet walls" much anymore but were replacing the toilet in my guest bath (also from 1987!) along with a new sink and counter top for the bathroom vanity and i was highly stressed as I couldn't find anyone willing to do just the guest bath shower so Kevin offered to help me out and do the shower also, and Travis did a beautiful job rebuilding my guest bath shower. This is a company that truly "goes above and beyond" to take care of its customers.
