Brooke Trimner, my physical therapist, got me to a much better place then I had been at when I arrived at Back-in-Action. Brooke was patient, professional, courteous and friendly at all times. I could tell she was committed to helping me improve and it was evident in observing her with other clients that she treats everyone with the same high degree of compassion. Also both Lynn Dux and Renae Thompson were very helpful and efficient in instructing me on the various physical tasks I was assigned to perform. 10 Stars ? ● Sciatica. What a pain in the butt! Ashley Bickelhaupt, an employee at Back In Action, referred me to Morgan Freund DPT, at Back In Action, for dry needling. What a relief! After one, dry needling session, I literally had instant pain relief, and gained my mobility back. Ashley and all the staff, were so helpful, and the environment, makes you feel at ease, and had fun. Morgan, took the time to explain everything thoroughly, his expertise, experience, and knowledge, made the session flow smoothly and comfortably. Morgan is a down to earth, cool therapist. I have nothing but good things to say about doing physical therapy here.Dan was great with dry needling & extremely friendly, made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable and painful situation.I also saw Kari for CST, visceral & lymph drainage treatments. I can not speak more highly of a Physical Therapist. She went above and beyond & truly cared about helping me heal.
