Sports clips for the win! My son loves the VIP treatment. The hair cutters always give the extra service with a smile & a hot towel for my son. He just loves the extra touches and attention. Today, again, was a touchdown. We check in online and get text messages about our spot online w/out extra waiting and guessing. They did take away the punch card rewards, which is a bummer. Hopefully they will bring out a new rewards system. Next cut, we will be back.
Lexi cut my hair and did a fantastic job! I only needed the sides faded up and it was already short, but she took her time and did a great job! And she's cute!? I will be going back. For a haircut..!
Sarah is a prime example of Great Customer Service! From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out. She was kind, very welcoming, and did an amazing job with my hair! I can honestly say as a manager myself, this place is lucky to have her! And if anybody is looking for recommendations for a Hair stylist, Sarah is your girl! Will be seeing her again for sure! :)
