Wow ! I loved the shop and the vibe . Justin did a great job on my cut and is all around just a easy going good guy . I recommend this place to anybody wanting a refreshing place to get a cut ... Keep doing whatchar doing fellas.Thanks !

Man… outskirts barbershop is the place to be for a genuine quality haircut, my guy Evan has been cutting my hair for over a year and half and I’m sad to see him go. But at any rate the other fellas in there are all great at what they do. I won’t be going anywhere else!

Will never go anywhere else. Moved to Spokane last year and was looking for a good shop and stumbled upon outskirts. I set up an appointment with Evan and was not disappointed. This man knows how to cut some hair. He is an artist with clippers and scissors. Super friendly guy and very friendly atmosphere. You can’t go wrong with any of the barbers in this place. I personally will be going to Evan for as long as I am in Spokane. If you have a barber that you have been going to for 20 years….skip your next appointment and give Evan a go. You may be ugly but you’ll come out with a solid cut. 11/10 recommend
