I was genuinely terrified of going in. It's been years since I last practiced yoga. But everyone was so welcoming and gentle. It felt centering and calming. The instructors are caring and compassionate.I am really looking forward to trying the different classes and continuing my journey..
The only thing I didn't like about Holos is that I waited so long to go! Studio shyness is real, and if you're feeling that kinda way I invite you to try being brave and go to your first class. This is an inclusive space. Shae was so warm and welcoming, and Breana actually meant it when she said it'd be a gentle class. No sneaky chaturangas here!The pace, the space, the people, and the yoga, it's all here. Why aren't you?
My husband and I have been practicing yoga at home for a few years. Today was our first yoga class and what an awesome atmosphere!! The yoga instructor Sarag is fantastic, and the owner Shae....very welcoming and informative. Great place overall! We will be back ?
