“Great service, from the first phone call to the last hug goodbye. Oliva General Contracting made it happen. We did a complete renovation from top to bottom, new kitchen, new 1 and half bathroom (including new tub, tiling, and niche), laundry room, raising ceilings, widening doorways, new flooring, new lighting, new plumbing... Basically a whole house remodel. We had open communication and a smooth transaction throughout it all. Yasmany was honest, helpful, and a true professional. We had minor hiccups like any transaction but never once did we not feel heard or understood. Yasmany just continued to prove all these horrible contractor stories wrong. “The technician showed up on time and was extremely polite and engaging while ensuring to work fast. Very impressed with how quickly he worked. We had a storm sump float switch failure and the float switch needed to be swapped out. Once done I was not happy with the water level he had set the float switch for so without question or hesitation he pulled everything apart and reset it. He was very patient with me and my questions and concerns. I appreciate Hung and his abilities. Thank so much! I highly recommend this company.
