I loved that tea was provided upon entry and the room I was in was dim and peaceful and really set the tone for relaxation. I had a body wrap, massage and sauna session with Madi and she was incredible! She was there to greet me and provided me some options to customize my experience from my aromatherapy scent to tea flavor to shower infuser. I was pleasantly surprised because I’ve never had such a personalized spa experience before. She talked me through everything, regularly invited me to ask questions and constantly made sure I was comfortable. Madi was a rockstar!! She made my first time at Awaken a peaceful and memorable experience.“

I had a classic facial with Anna, amazing is an understatement…I was so relaxed I started to fall asleep. She was so gentle, knowledgeable, kind , just overall a vibe! I was glowing for sure afterwards!Next was my massage. My masseuse was very professional and knowledgeable. He took care to make sure I was comfortable at all times ( I have anxiety) He applied the right amount of pressure and even took time to explain every single step which eased my anxiety the more.
