She was polite upon greeting me and asked me if I wanted my scalp scratched or rubbed during the wash. I chose to have it scratched and she was still gentle! Her retwist service was gentle, thorough and she got all of my loose hairs together-very meticulous. Victoria used her line of products which felt and smell good on my scalp. The best part?
