Westwind Karate @ Kearns has amazing teachers. My son loves to go and learn. They also have some fun if time is available to play games. Westwind has help my son with discipline, focus and respect. It also has helped with memory and teaching the kids practice is an important part of life. WESTWIND KARATE offers so many things to a Childs life and adults lives too.

Westwind Karate has been an amazing experience for our family. Not only has it provided exercise and structure for my kids, my wife, and myself but it has added a level of discipline and respect to our daily habits that we would not get anywhere else. When we started our daughter, who has severe anxiety, was barely able to even go into the dojo without holding onto my arm. Now she goes running in there with a smile on her face and she has even become a junior teacher. It has been fantastic to see her stand up in front of a class of little kids and watch her be able to speak to them and teach them without fear or being anxious.
