They checked the places I had found the evidence of mice and then did a more thorough check of where they thought mice might be hiding or feeding. They set sticky and snap traps. Not only did he come back to our house after he sprayed the first time, but he had just lost a family member and quickly came by a 2nd time to re-spray because we had some elm bugs/beetles in our kitchen and bathrooms that were very stubborn and refused to vacate!
