“Taylor schilling is sooo good! This was my first visit and I always get nervous with my hair. Taylor was a perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness that made being in his chair is so dang comfortable. He asks such great discovery questions and really educated me on the decisions I was making with my hair. I felt heard and he really did work hard to achieve the look I wanted. You can tell he has a lot of experience doing hair and that brought such a peace of mind for me as his client. I almost don’t want to share how much I loved his work because he’s going to get even more booked up!!!To top it off the salon is a pristine and friendly environment. The hair washing bowls are the comfiest I’ve ever experienced as the chairs fully recline and have air massagers in them. You also get treated to a little scalp massage which is so relaxing. The salon smells clean, no strong chemical smell, and the tools they used were clean and well taken care of.Check in process was a breeze. I was able to get in and out on my lunch break which is way nice (I got a wash, cut, and style) I was in the chair on time and while Taylor did take the time to get to know me as a client and my desired results, he worked efficiently, which was so nice. “I got my hair transplant in july 2023 and Dr Zufelt did a great job. I had an fut procedure done 3100 graphs. It is not painful I actually fell a sleep during part of the procedure. After the anesthesia wore off I had a little discomfort around my jaw but a couple of pills the doctor prescribed took care of that. The next few days was good face swelled upfor a couple days but that's normal. Also the back of my head was numb for about 6 months because of the incision.You can barely notice the scar which my hair dresser said was amazing because some of her clients she said was noticeable. I am real happy and a confidence booster. I am taking finestraside no side affects. Glad I did it and the pricing was good compared to other places . I posted pictures hair on top still thin it takes a year to thicken but I am happy!“
