“I had a great experience with Window Source!!!!! The salesperson helped me define my needs as we have several half moon windows that needed to be specially designed. They kept in touch with me during build out of the windows and scheduled a nice day during the winter so it was an easy install. It took two days to have them all installed (I believe we had 26 windows) and they are beautiful! We live close to the freeway and the noise has been reduced so much. Our house also stays super cool in the summer. It’s been the best decision we’ve made. Our AC Bills have been reduced drastically. We are able to open them and keep air flow when it’s cool outside they have 2 different ways of opening too. We have been more than pleased with them! Again, they are beautiful too.“

“Gabriel and his crew worked short handed due to illness. Gabriel showed up and worked in extreme temperatures and completed work safely. He was very protective of our house and cleaned up each day after work was complete. He is very skilled in removal and installation process.UPDATE: Feb 2024I had an issue with one of the picture windows leaking during heavy rain. I contacted Allied for warranty claim. Austen with Allied contacted me and walked me through the claims process and provided all necessary forms online. Once this was complete, Austen contacted me for availability for technician to assess situation. The technician showed up next day and took photos, sent them to Austen and Austen immediately had the Don Young windows representative contact me for repair. The repair was performed within two days.John, the Don Young representative, explained the repair and gave us his business card for future issues.Once repair was finished and reported to Allied, Austen followed up to see if we were satisfied.It was a good experience overall and I was impressed with the quick response and case management by Austen.Service: Window installation“
