I have been coming to this location of Massage Envy since 2015. This is by far the best location. Ivana is a wonderful masseuse and Lorelim is an Amazon esthetician. I highly recommend them!
I've been a member for many years now and can say I have never had a bad experience. Some therapists are better suited for me than others but overall I always leave there feeling better than when I walked in. The front desk staff is always very kind and efficient and a HUGE shout out to Ellen who is hands down (pun intended) my favorite therapist. Schedule with her waay in advance though because everyone loves her!
Really enjoyed my massage therapists! I had several massages from Ms. Jackie and Mr. Martin, both were fantastic!!I give this place 4 stars because The front desk staff was okay..every time I went in there they seemed to not really be prepared and there was always a new face so maybe this was lack of training.
