TLDR: absurd markups, minimal face-time with the actual veterinarianI’ve been to this facility before for annual checkups on both of my dogs before, so when my dog began having diarrhea/anorexia/vomiting, I booked a sick visit here. We checked in, and I went over why we were there with two different people (neither of them were the actual vet). Then, after waiting in an exam room, my dog was taken to a different area without me to be examined. I still had not even seen or spoken to the vet at this point. I had a great experience with them and plan on using them from now on for all our animals. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I love how they show prices for everything the pet needs done and work with you on what you can afford and what’s most important to get done first.

this place it actually no bad at all I thought it was super expensive but it is just reasonable honestly. I took my dog there she’s a rescued dog she had an infection in her rear legs I was very worry about how much it would cost me Kuz I really didn’t have much to spend at the moment but I was very surprised when they told me how much was going to be it was relieve lol. I was thinking going back to my old clinic in Passadena Kuz I know they cheap but they far so I decided to come here since they are super close to me and turns out it was prolly $30 more of a difference.
