She was accommodating and did a great job. Our first session had to be reschuled because technical issues with the building and she offered a free session for next time. I always appreciate someone who can roll with punches and with integrity. My wax job was executed well. I am pretty sure I will be coming a regular.
Chanel is AMAZING! She was friendly and very knowledgeable. When I originally went my hair wasn’t long enough and instead of trying to make me suffer through she had me reschedule for when it was longer. It was my first time getting a wax and she made sure the process was comfortable and painless. She has a forever customer in me.
I stumbled upon this business in a Google search because I was looking for alternative to European Wax. Booked my appointment with Chanel and took advantage of a Vajacial + Brazilian special. I was impressed with her attention to detail and clear passion for her craft. Now about the wax... I'm a week out and NO irritation, NO sensitivity, just smooth and calm skin!! I'm soooooo happy with my experience and results!!! Prices are GREAT as well!!
