He went beyond what most sales people would to ensure we were able to find what we needed.My floor looks fantastic!I did have an issue with the molding around the baseboards, (NOT EZ Floors fault), it was a problem from original installation many years ago. So the 1/4 rounds supplied did not really work. I returned the 1/4 rounds to the store and again Hasan stepped up and helped me out and made things right. This house has never had flooring this nice before. Thank you Hasan and EZ Floors. Good Job!“

“We were remodeling a commercial storefront and decided to upgrade the floors from an old ceramic tile to vinyl plank and originally were going to do the job ourselves and buy the flooring from Lowe’s or Home Depot…thank goodness we didn’t because not only did we get a superior product by speaking with Karim at Petra Flooring but he educated us that we should have his team do the installation in order to get the floor perfectly level before installing the flooring. I am so incredibly thankful that we chose Petra and their incredible installation team as the job was done perfectly and professionally and expeditiously and exceeded expectations by a longshot. “After shopping several cabinet stores in Austin, Houston and Galveston, I met Oliver with Adila Cabinets in Houston. Friendly, knowledgeable, punctual. Oliver asked the right questions and brought cabinet samples to us on a Sunday morning! Oliver went to our home in Galveston (this is our vacation home) and measured precisely and followed up with a fantastic quote with only a week lead time. The installers (Alex and Michael) were true professionals and did such a great job! They took such pride in their work. My wife and I are so pleased with the cabinets! Then we needed countertops. We met Oliver at his remote shop in Galveston and looked at a great number of choices. Two days later the countertops were installed perfectly! We couldn't be more pleased. “Had some new carpet on my stairs done by Floor Covering Intl. The install guys (Led by Teo) did an excellent job. Teo has been doing this for 26 years and was in and out of the house with an hour. Teo and his crew we very polite and professional. Great job guys.Addition to the carpeting we also had the upstairs of our place refloored with vinyl wood planking. This time led by RafaelAnd again professional and courteous work. Our upstairs required a bit more work than normal and the guys never complained but wanted to do the best job possible (which they did).I am very happy with the job and really proud of these guys.“
