This gym has quickly become almost a second home! The staff is so welcoming and kind the equipment is great, and the environment is always being cleaned throughout the day.I have trained with JJ at this location and his knowledge as well as how he enjoys seeing people succeed builds a bridge for success! If you win he wins.. he provides information and reasons why each detail of what your doing will help not only keep you safe but get the results you are seeking!
I have been going to this location for years now and it’s a well kept gym, and has a lot of equipments, the classes are free and the staff are very nice. More importantly, I have been training with coach Jj Del Castillo for 2 years now, and let me say that he is one of the best trainers out there. He’s very knowledgeable. He always makes sure that you get your money’s worth and taught me a lot of different workouts that helped me achieve my goals since day 1. If you’re planning to get a coach/trainer, I 100% recommend him, he’s on top of the game.
What a great experience it has turned out to be. JJ real life experience truly distinguishes him from other coaches. His systematic approach ensures that all of my activities, actions and decisions drive to success on both a professional and personal level. A true leader in his own right, I found his style to mirror what he was trying to encourage me to embrace in leading my own.
