Air conditioner went out and I called to make an appointment at 10:30 p.m. Darrin showed up at 8:45 the next morning! He very competently diagnosed and fixed the problem (a malfunctioning relay). Price was entirely reasonable, and Darrin was friendly and efficient. A great experience.

Stefan was an excellent technician. He arrived on time and was well versed in his trade. He listened to our concerns and helped us set up an appointment to fix a recent issue that may have caused extensive damage (this was not work or products from furnace guys). He offered advice on troubleshooting and future needs. Very pleasant. We wish him well in Saskatoon.

Darrin came to fix a leak in our AC hose. Got there when he said he would, promptly diagnosed and repaired the problem, then explained the issue and cause to me. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable!
