Jordan came as well recommended realtor. As my family members have been involved in the business for many decades I knew a little about it but it had been 2 decades since I went through the process. Jordan kept me very informed so I could give my basement tenant proper notice for showings. He is a very professional and helpful guy. He gave us list of numbers to call to get utilities and agency’s informed before possession date. My house was only on market 5 days. And it sold quickly and at above asking price. I would highly recommend Jordan Bula to anyone looking to sell their home. From the beginning he was very clear of what he expected out of the sale and the possibility of it taking a while to close. He was honest and clear throughout the entire journey and he was always available to answer my questions and talk through any concerns. He was correct and it did take a while to sell, however despite the timeline he never made me feel bad for constantly renewing my listing and he made me feel like he was just as much committed to selling it as I was.In closing I was very happy with everything during my time working with Jordan.
