Miss Katie knows exactly what she’s doing. I gave her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it perfectly and put her own flare on it. Which is what I wanted. She also really cares about her customers because she noticed my throat was itchy from the acrylic dust from the file. She let me pause to clear my throat, she got me a cough drop and some water. Definitely recommend.
