We love Dr Boltin and the rest of the staff! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The reason I took away the star is being the check in process is ridiculous. There is so much to manually type in and you don’t have the option of checking in before your appointment. This leaves parents with older children distracted with an iPad while the kids run around.

Not crowded. Clean. Very nice nurses. Dr. Boltin is very patient and would answer a string of questions that I have. She checks all my 3 boys for 3 years now since they’re born. When I told her I have international travel plans, she would bring her laptop in and look on CDC website with me to check for the recommended vaccines for that country. When the boys get sick, I usually call in and the nurses call back the same day and tell me what I need to do.

The wait time to see a doctor in this place is outrageous. And good luck getting them on the phone when you try calling. They should not take on a high level of patience if they cannot accommodate each patient that they do have with an appropriate amount of wait time. Definitely going to be switching doctors for my son.
