I went in to unfreeze my membership and when I walked in she was dealing with some not so nice customers, she was the only one there at the time, as they just opened. And I really wanted to say she's the only one here right now and she has a line out the door, they were just giving her a hard time. But she handled it very well. She unfroze my membership explained everything to me, got the other ladies checked in and then showed me how to use the bed. As I was leaving, I told her that she is doing a great job and you are only one person. 5 stars to Bailey!!“

“I came in for a haircut and worked with Sarah told her I didn’t want a lot cut off and I had a weird strand on the left of my face I wanted something done with for my curtain bangs and I really wanted layers. She did absolutely amazing she was so fun to talk to and recommended me a dry texture spray that she had used that day I didn’t buy bc I wanted to see how it held up and it did not disappoint! Will definitely be going back to buy it soon and will definitely be coming back for future haircuts coloring, and whatever else“
