“Oh my goodness. Dr. Porter is an absolute gem! I have chronic back pain. Only surgery fixes a herniated disk, but great Chiro care can really alleviate my symptoms.I've had excellent Chiro care, horrible care, and helpful, but painful and bland care. There's no video you have to waste time watching and dang it, she makes sure my shirt stays down while she's adjusting you lol it's the little things.For great care these doctor's, the really good ones, listen to the body as much as they do the patient. She found points and listened to my body's response. Whatever those magic hands find, yep that hurts or is tight lol I felt amazing after my first session. I appreciated the aftercare instructions too (just as important as the adjustments in my opinion).I just did a DEEP wake up stretch and mid-stretch I realized at that point I would normally be getting warning shots from my back. If I stretch too far, it'll go into spasm. I've been locked in spasm for 3 days before and couldn't walk. I always avoid stretching too deeply, but maybe I can even pick yoga back up regularly.Thanks, Doc! ???“
