I arrived about 5-10 minutes early to check-in and give myself and my children time to empty our bowels. Front the time she called us to the back to the time we got seated in a room the nurse was amazing!! I wish I got her name but she made visiting the ER exciting and welcoming for my daughter. Shoot, I felt like the patient!! We all smiled and laughed the entire time. The doctor and his assistant came in and was very engaged, friendly, AND QUICK! I'd have to say we were in there for 10 minutes if not less. I'm glad I came during this time and I am so grateful for the staff that assisted us.

Very in-depth and attention to details I personally get nervous around doctors even at almost 50 yrs old felt very comfortable everyone was nice thank you guys I would recommend them to all

The staff from the front desk to the intake nurse to the doctor & her assistant were very professional and had compassion for me as a patient. I will go back to this location again. I was in/out within 1 hr.

MEDcare Urgent Care has been serving the Columbia Community since 2011. We are located at 87418 Garners Ferry Road, next to Family Dollar and Lowes. Our center is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Feel free to walk in, no appointment is necessary, but we do recommend Saving Your Spot Online and E-Registering to reduce time in the waiting room.
