Have been a customer for 30 years. Almost like family. Sure.. they are slow getting your items back to you, but Val is VERY busy, and you can't find nicer people who do quality work.
This place is the BEST! They have done some tricky tailoring for me and I am always satisfied. Other places have turned me away, but His and Her's doesn't back away from a challenge. Leather? - done! Jeans? - done! Custom bow ties? - Done. Don't take your business anywhere else.
Wonderful experience all around. The customer service was outstanding and they were beyond accommodating for my rush-order. I came in early morning on a Wednesday, and they had my suit tailored PERFECTLY by Friday afternoon. Saved my life entirely. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!
