Dr. Ondersma and his staff never fail to impress me with their high level of service. His staff members are always pleasant, courteous and professional. Dr. Ondersma never makes you feel like he is rushing through your exam to get to the next patient—he takes time to listen and answer questions. I highly recommend this practice as it far exceeds the level of care I’ve experienced at the larger chain eye care centers.
It’s Nice to go into a Dr Office No matter what type and find it Welcoming. From the ladies greeting you to the Dr looking ? into your eyes and Pleasant conversation. The office is moving on UP, and going to a New Home, CONGRATULATIONS ?, I’m sure that I (WE) will continue to get the Best of Service(s)5 Stars ⭐️ FolksAnd the Music is VERY Pleasant ??
Eye Concepts, LLC, is absolutely wonderful. You are greeted by friendly professional staff. Dr. O is professional and offers excellent services. There are many frames to select from. Exceptional staff and care.
